      pay for lower grade is lower than the market rate yet pay for higher level is very high. Kinds of underpaying for lower level of employee

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
