      Managment team fair, open minded, always willing to give direction.

      Cons

      Once project you are on ends, there is only a two week window for you to find a new project, option is to go on a four week furlough or leave. When furlough ends and you have not found placement withing the company you are terminated.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
