      Good learning opportunities, challenging working environment. For a fresher it's a company to start their career as you would get many challenging taks ahead of you.

      Cons

      No yearly hike, should wait for promotions for hike.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
