      Good environment to work Nothing much in pros for fresher ..But if you are experienced about 2 years then NTT is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Firstly if you are a fresher I would recommend you to not to join this company because they will take a fresher and train them for development but land them in a support projects where the future of freshers will get ruined

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
