      Pros

      Great team, great management. Good work is respected, and nobody yields or loses control/respect. Good place for agile minds with international aspirations. Real global positions in Barcelona in IT vertical, for managed services.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit of a mess as a worldwide M&A is happening in 2020, but it is usually well managed with patience and some extra work. International long haul flights are on tourist class by default.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
