      Manager is amazing, Salary is good, Work Flexibility.

      Cons

      Earlier my senior was good, But new one is even though not evil and is straight forward but sometimes lack empathy which make me anxious and stressed. As he doesn't let take ownership. Work is not good like before so restrict learning opportunities.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
