Pros
In the first three years of my employment, I enjoyed the friendly work environment, with a great team spirit. There were opportunities for a free upskilling training with a University.
Cons
Over time, the pressure from the management was unbearable - the targets were set too high and the general stress levels went up for everybody. This had a massive impact on the staff morale and job satisfaction.
