      Lovely little maternity unit - Midwife NHS Employee Review

      Pros

      Great Camaraderie. Small popular unit. 1500 births per year. Normal NHS perks, pension, generous leave entitlement etc.

      Cons

      General lack of equipment. Can be very busy and has lacked good staffing levels this last year. Head of midwifery in Doncaster and rarely makes an appearance. Difficult to move good ideas forward.
