Healing patients in genuine need and the gratitude received by doing so. Good team ethic depending on which department you work in.
Cons
Anachronistic systems in place that are almost impossible to replace due to layers of beurocracy. Disregard from patients of the services provided and the associated cost to the whole system caused by this.
