Pros
The ability to genuinely make a difference on an individual level and to work with some of the best colleagues cant be understated.
Cons
Its becoming increasingly impossible to provide the level of care expected from an institution such as the NHS with the resources and funding available. The downstream effect is burn out and low morale and brain drain. Good will is increasingly expected but not rewarded.
