      Grande empresa para se começar a trabalhar. Paga relativamente bem comparado ao mercado.

      Cons

      Gestores pouco preparados. Beneficios poderiam ser melhorados, o plano de saúde é co-participação. O PLR que há 2 anos era prometido foi irrisório, não chegou à 4% do salário bruto.

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
