      Se você rende muito bem em um projeto como programador, dificilmente vão te tirar do projeto ou fazer com que você evolua e mude de cargo

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
