      Pros

      Hours are good, managers are excellent and an overall great place to work. Full remote is possible and they take good care of their resources.

      Cons

      Salary could be better adjusted to reflect market rates and yearly performance review.

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
