      Pros

      If you have less than two years of experience, you're going to acquire good and practical experience, by understanding how the business works and you'll meet people from all over the world

      Cons

      They charge you for everything, even restaurant ticket cards are deducted from your gross salary. Designated car parking only available for managers. Underpaid employees, bad workload distribution.

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
