Pros
- Good for Juniors - Loads of courses both outside and within working hours, udemy and other professional development courses. - Better paid than other consultancy - 6 month period assessment for rapid promotion - Many projects with many colleagues to learn from - Friendly environment
Cons
- Tools of trade are really bad. Computer is slow, software is not given unless necessary. - Too much bureaucracy for doing simple tasks - Changing department is an almost impossible task, due to middle management layers (you aren't allowed to talk to UGR implicitly) - 9 hours - Easy working has conditions (Seniority, project requirements, technical restrictions) - Quite a few social events every year - High level of specialisation (learning skills from other fields is discouraged)
