      Pros

      Minsait keeps in mind that there are difference between data scientist task anda data engineer’s tasks. So you will not do etl all the time if you are data scientist. Work with new Technologies, formation program and good work environment. They have made a big effort to improve data scientist career path.

      The salary is lower than other companies offer

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
