      Big company and many projects. Easy to work there.

      Cons

      If you work in the client offices, your rates at Minsait (Indra) will be low. You won't know anything about your Minsait (indra) bosses.

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
