      Pros

      Wide catalog of profesional opportunities to grow up within the company. Coleagues here normally have good knowledge on what they are doing.

      Cons

      Not very high salary and not very good benefits and compensations. However, minimum of 10h/day working except fridays (that is 7h).

      Pros

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      Cons

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
