Pros

Honestly not a lot. The few good people in there are some of the best I've ever worked with and made working bearable.

Cons

Well known toxicity from a few individuals, but nothing is done as people fear of retaliation if they report it. (Passive aggression from the known ego, rather than from management) Misogyny is an issue as I know of female colleagues crying after certain calls and unwanted attention from a few. One joked it was a perk of working from home, so no one sees. No work culture with two drink vouchers and finger food for Christmas parties to be as much as you can expect. All the great people I worked with left and no replacements in sight adding to everyone elses workload. Salary is well below the market rate with other companies in the area. Everything above just makes you not enjoy working there. Everyday you'll become more unhappy and hope the next reorganization (they happened too often) will change, but it doesn't.
