Great life insurance coverage. Management team that knows the jobs and willing to help improve department. 4 weeks of vacation.
Cons
No sick time. Hard to use vacation at the end of year because of busy period runs form Oct. - Mid- January. Last minute sales getting approved causes a lot of stress.
