Pros

Interesting work Good 401(k) with a pension Flexible work arrangements Global locations Some great coworkers

Cons

Too much turnover at the highest levels of the organization and across all business lines, especially HR, in order to transform the company. "Retirements" are becoming more common. There is a Unit Cost Improvement Initiative underway where employees in more expensive cities and/or with many years of service are being laid off. Too many good and productive employees were recently let go. Very, very political as many large companies are. EMEA better run than the Americas and ASIA.

Pros

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Cons

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
