      Pros

      If you have good relations and good communications skills that is good but not enough, the economic problems make this job very hard in the middle east.

      Cons

      No real salary, just some money paid monthly for transportation but the employee income depends on commissions.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
