      Pros

      Once you are an employee job is very stable. The bonus becomes very good when you go up a certail level.

      Cons

      Not very much Career oppurtunities. Sometimes work is bureaucratic, you'll have to go to so many processes or person to accomplish anything.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
