      Its pretty good if you are looking for a big name on your CV.

      Cons

      -no support from management. -HR is least concerned about their employees. -TOO much work load(even on interns) - Growth is stagnant.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
