      good pension and health insurance Nice employees.

      Cons

      Management short sighted. Reduce head count , reduce bonus, Increase work load and don't recognize hard work . and then expect staff to be happy. Blood from stone comes to mind .

      The job pays your bills. Some colleagues are great at what they do and quite supportive and professional.

      Research management is micromanaging, passively aggressive, prescriptive. Unbalanced workload.
