      Pros

      good salary, this is the only advantage I can find... But very poor benefits and perks....

      Cons

      too many to list, but the strongest problem: the management is incompetent... top management only takes care about their potential promotion, and most of them have no knowledge and skills. Very poor management....

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
