Pros
*Leading product in a new, greenfield category that is rapidly increasing in popularity. *Tons of demand. Merge is solving a real and ubiquitous problem for B2B SaaS companies, and solving it well. *Product and engineering move fast. New features are delivered on time, and overall is very responsive sales feedback. *The sales team is still in its infancy. All AEs have the opportunity to work on deals we wouldn't be able to touch without grinding through small deals on a big tech company's sales team for years.
Cons
Work is fully in person - con for some, pro for others. It keeps a great energy and pace, and tends to attract driven people.
