Pros
You learn during two months how to be in direct contact with customers but also workers. It shows you the Business Administration from another perspective, the worker perspective in a high-pressure environment. It contributes to achieving skills related to adaptability to dynamic environments or dealing with problematic customers, among others.
Cons
It is not related to what you learn in your BBA Degree and it is difficult to highlight in practice what you have learned. Two months is a really short period of time to adapt to the whole companies system and the pressure that you face it might increase drastically.
