Pros
- They pay you a lot - Bonuses, like meals when you are at client visits etc - Education is provided
Cons
- Availability needs to be 24/7 for any international position (ie any position you choose to do if you don’t work in the supermarket itself) and at all days of the week which become mentally exhausting - Private life is laughed at and disrespected “If you have enough time to go for a run, you probably don’t have enough work” - Working bourse are from 8:30/9 till 8 pm, meetings at the HQ in Spain are often 12 hours - Lots of people get fired and leave the whole time. It’s not an “up or down” system though, they just treat you as someone who is easily replaceable and if you don’t want to do a report at 10 pm (which isn’t even urgent), they might fire you. Most people in the company are stressed and work because “I am too scared to loose my job” but that’s not how a company should work.
