      manager was nice, can tell in advance which days in the month you can't come

      Cons

      can be exhausting since need to stand/walk around. sometimes customers can be tiring to deal with. weekends are the most tiring. but if you're lucky to have good co-workers that are friendly and fun to work with, it makes the day less exhausting

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
