      Pros

      Compare to other stores, the salary could be consider higher due to the fact that you can get bonus from your sales. So if you are really good on that, you can get 300 euros more!

      Cons

      Even when your sales is the highest in Greece (not only in the store), you can not get a better position if you are not the "best friend" with the store manager. However, you can sale nothing and have the best relationships and after that you are the perfect person to be assistant manager.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
