      They pay more than any other clothing shop

      Cons

      Managers do not care about you, not flexible with the schedule, they mostly treat you bad, no breaks when you workin 5=6 hours , they dont care if you have a problem with other collegues ... its mainly working so they do the traget and nothing else matters

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
