      Pros

      Lovely team and flexible work schedule. Everyone was welcoming and the training was effective.

      Cons

      It's a very fast-paced retail environment so you have to think on your toes. That can be a con to some, but for me the day just flew by.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
