      Management was autocratic and very distant from the store assistants Wages were sometimes calculated wrong so had to keep a log of all my hours

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
