Cons
No way of progression from store manager level. Area managers promoted with less experience and knowledge than most store managers. Expected to work 6 day weeks over Christmas whilst Area Managers take time off! Expansion of stores and openings set up in a very poor un organised way. Many managers have become un happy after working for the company for a decade and have decided to leave. Once a close positive company working to their values has very much changed to become a un happy environment to work within and not following the long standing company valued at all. Each department within the company doesn't understand how each other work therefore the work load is completely strained on those working for them. Once stores start hitting targets and receiving bonus, targets are raised to become un achieve able resulting in a loss of motivation from the team. Once a wonderful happy company, sadly no longer exists.
