Pros
Working at Magna Powertrain affords many opportunities for intelligent and motivated employees. Magna Powertrain is not heavy on corporate regulations, and oversight. The focus is always on the bottom line, delivering the project successfully, and how you get there isn't prescribed.
Cons
Because of the lack of structure, the amount of firefighting during program launch seems excessive. With all companies surely there is some, but at Magna it seems that daily over 80% of all employees time and focus is on fixing broken things, instead of planning and controlling.
