No raises ever Work every holiday & down day in somenpositions because that's when the plants are closed. Execs and leaders aren't there - just the minions whose lives and families don't matter as much as PMs Idiots promoted & running the place in the ground Sales people lying to customers to get contracts Use unskilled & unreliable temp labor Managers will set you up to fail or worse Execs just pass blame around & when they can't figure out why everything is such a multi million dollar mess, change leaders, change policies, and start all over - about every 12-18 months. Trust no one but yourself Shady business and backdoor deals going on Key knowledgeable people get set up to get canned No one sees nothing & no one does the right thing to make wrong BS stop - including HR Railroads run through there with frequent stops over good people who deserve better treatment.
