A degree is necessary. Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, PH.d, pick one...any one. It doesn't matter what degree you have, they still pay $17 per hour. Good luck surviving on that salary. Work like an animal. In fact, work like a machine because that's what they expect from you. If you have a degree, use it to work for a company that will pay your salary for what you are worth. If you want $17 per hour, go stock shelves somewhere, sweep floors, flip burgers, or serve coffee. Save yourself from being beaten into the ground with unrealistic expectations MAPFRE throws at you. This company is a joke.
