Pros
. Friendly staff . The staff hierarchy isn't too strict, you can talk to people at all levels of the business . The canteen is nice in the Telford office . They managed homeworking situation in 2020 extremely well and I felt no pressure to go back into the office if I wasn't comfortable to do so. Everyone in the department used Teams. . It's a brilliant place to start your career
Cons
. Pay is lower than the industry average . Procedures can be slow and feel 'Old-skool' due to group level management and systems they use. . A lot of things are planned, but can be scrapped or have major adjustments late into work starting . It can feel hard to see where you would take your career in this department, the numbers and the roles seem very set in stone.
