Pros
As far as sales jobs go, it is fairly easy and you can definitely attend to your family needs. Great job for a single parent as you can pretty much set your own schedule. Good benefits - health, dental, 401k etc..
Cons
Zero real incentive to work hard... quotas are supposedly adjusted to market conditions but are still very detached from reality. Just make sure to negotiate a solid base salary and you should be fine. No opportunity to grow with the company unless you are based or willing to relocate to Boston and even then I gather the pay scale is sub par. No marketing support whatsoever, the company relies on the popularity of the brand to sustain sales momentum which doesn't work. Middle management likes to use intimidation as a motivator which comes across as a major weakness in my book. Lack of respect amongst managers... competition has brought out the worst in them. Just not a place most of my colleagues are proud to be a part of... more or less hanging around until things get better in the job market.
