High pay, good co-workers, great physical environment.
Cons
Management maintain that Old Boy group. Lied about their efforts to invigorate the business. In my time at LoJack there were exactly one new programs, one new product. Money thrown away on flighty marketing ideas, bad business purchases, far too many chiefs in this camp.
