-ADP internship is a preview of the full-time ADP -Supportive teams + tons of resources and events -Opportunity to shadow different dept outside of your assignment

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
