- Great if you know someone on the inside - Better than average medical/health benefits
Cons
- Lots of bad management with lack of direction - Insider club - if you don't suck up to management, you'll miss promotions - Empty promises, management does not follow through with guarantees - Lots of layoffs with expectations the remaining workers will pick up slack - Frequent layoffs - Not a lot of career growth/opportunity - Lack of honestly with middle management - Terrible culture
