      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Generous time off.

      Cons

      Unnecessary micro managing. Supervisors aren't trained properly. The supervisors are there just to threaten you with corrective action and stress you out. Even if you are blowing all numbers out of the water. You can't switch supervisors either. Just a really toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
