-Job security: will and has laid off batches & whole departments of employees, year over year they do. -Senior leadership is very stuck in the old ways of servicing insurance causing the companies service to fall from top 3 in the market. They’re focused more on adding to the bottom dollar than making sure we’re worth the services we charge for. -Company has hired outside contractors that barely do the work and when mistakes are made they’re put on the desk of direct hire agents causing more stress on top of standard work. Company is aware and doesn’t care (did you knows) since it saves them money long term regardless of service quality. -Your yearly review is based on your metrics largely watering your role and company impact down to a number. This is how leadership sees its employees, plenty of them can’t and would never sign up to do the jobs of those they’re set to manage. -DEI seems to only apply to agent and customer conversations not the inner workings of the company unless it’s looking to protect itself.
