Business Outlook
Pros
Great people that have been in the industry a long time. There is a wealth of information avaialble and the people are very friendly. Great electronic system from Safeco but other agency markets claims are all paper which is difficult to work with.
Cons
Lacking communication from senior management on the direction and intergration of all the companies. Very little opportunity to grow your career given the job grading structure. Merit increases are almost non-existant.
