Pros

There is a 401K with matching and an employer paid pension, which is very rare. The medical benefits are ok, the state I work in is only offered one health plan choice BCBS. It is about $160 per month for me and my kids, and then there is a $200 deductible per person. Time off is good and increases once you have been employed for three years. Salaried employees work week is based on 37.5 hrs, but I don't think I have ever worked a 37.5 hr week. I average about 45 to 50 hrs week, that being said their are people in my office that leave on time. Your work experience here is highly dependent on who you report to, which is probably true of most companies.

Cons

There is no flexibility in your work day, you can't take a 1/2 day off. You can't work from home, ever. The management directions are very process oriented. There isn't a lot of flexibility in how you perform your job.

Pros

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Cons

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
