      Liberty takes employee satisfaction very seriously. The company puts great effort into the employee experience, elements of the job and environment. Liberty provides many options for flexibility to reach a work life balance, career development, and training opportunities. Liberty has a supportive culture for employees at every level.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but I'd be hard pressed to come up with any significant downside. Liberty is a great company.

      Pros

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
