      Medical benefits were very satisfactory, and coworkers were competent. Flexible time off was well organized and adequate. Claims resources were more than adequate.

      Cons

      Communication from management down to the claims floor was disappointing. Work levels and expectations of management are unrealistic and demoralizing.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Cons

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
