As an agent you are expected to bring in very high policy numbers. It's all about policy count. The environment is very " boiler room". If you don't hit your policy number you will be fired. Agent turn over is very high , it's set up to be that way. Then your clients become house accounts and they don't pay commission to the service reps who handel them.
